Custom Orders:

All custom-made baubles are crafted and shipped within one business day of order confirmation.

Shipping Methods:

We offer Standard (3-5 business days) and Express (1-2 business days) shipping options through Australia Post.

Tracking Confirmation:

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

International Orders:

Are Most Welcome, please allow additional time for Shipping times & customs processing in your local Country. All orders are is Shipped via Standard International through Australia Post which can take from 7 to 21 days.

Holidays:

Processing times may be extended during peak holiday seasons.
